Leila attended Vassar College, where she fell in love with acting. She went on to complete a BFA in Acting at NYU.
Leila’s other professional experience includes a decade at JPMorgan as a Vice President of Marketing, Institutional Asset Management.
Leila’s graduate work was in Psychology at Hunter College. She received her degree in Animal Behavior and Conservation. Her thesis was on “Reconsidering Hamadryas (Papio hamadryas) Leadership Styles”.
Leila taught in the Psychology department at Hunter College 2012 - 2022.
