Denise is a second-year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology PHD program at Fordham University. She graduated with a B.A. in Cognitive science and Psychology from Northwestern University where she worked as a research assistant in a cognitive neuroscience lab. Since then, she has worked as a research assistant in two labs: a developmental psychology lab and neuropsychology lab with underserved, immigrant and Spanish-speaking populations. Her primary clinical interests include working with underserved populations treating adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral or emotional challenges.
