Christine Gregory

Christine Gregory was previously the Chief Operations Officer of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. In that role, she was responsible for the organization’s day-to-day operations, technology, legal and risk management, performance improvement, and the health and safety of employees. She served as board liaison, led all aspects of LDF’s response to COVID-19, and worked as a strategic partner with the president and director-counsel to ensure that LDF’s operations aligned with its strategic goals and objectives.

Before joining LDF, Gregory served as the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Diversity, and Title IX at Marymount Manhattan College, where she provided executive leadership and support to the president. She joined Marymount Manhattan College after serving as the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the University of Michigan Law School, where she helped design the school’s strategic plan for diversity.

Gregory is currently a Diversity Equity and Inclusion consultant and CEO/Founder of Harmony Global Foods, LLC, a consumer-packaged goods company that makes high-quality, modern ethnic food. She is an attorney and alumnae of the University of Michigan Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor degree. She is also a graduate of Hampton University, a historically black college.
