Hello! My name is Emma Kamen, and I am the Assistant Director of Admissions and a 2018 Alumna! Originally from Austin, Texas, I have been with Marymount Manhattan College since I moved on campus at the beginning of my Freshman year and have worked in the Admissions Office since graduating. Despite changing my major/minor combination three times- I graduated on time with a major in Biomedical Sciences, two minors in Art History and Chemistry, and successfully published my senior research thesis. Though moving to NYC and starting college at the same time can be daunting, it is the best decision I have made. MMC allowed me to grow in ways I had never imagined, and I love helping students find the best versions of themselves as well while at MMC. In addition to talking about Marymount, I enjoy traveling, thrifting, and taking care of my cat.
