Deena Marcum Selko ’01 has been named the new artistic director of The Academy at Perry-Mansfield, an arts education nonprofit in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

The organization is located on the historic campus of Perry-Mansfield, the oldest continuously operating performing arts school/camp in the nation, and includes the Yampa Valley Players, a community theater company.

Deena is an artist, creator, visionary, and educator with a background in dance, theater, circus, and music. After earning a BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College, she performed internationally as a dancer and aerialist for over 20 years. We are so proud of you, Deena! Congratulations!
