About

Elizabeth Perez earned her B.S. in Biology from MMC in 2006. After graduating from MMC, Elizabeth was awarded a prestigious fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control, where she worked for several years.  She went on to earn her M.S. in Infectious Disease from George Washington University in December 2013. She is now a Biologist at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). She works in the Referral and Program Analysis Branch, which operates within the Office of the Director of NIAID. In this role, she provides support to the divisions within NIAID by referring grants based on their scientific content.
