Rob Chikar is professional stage manager who has stage managed over 30 shows in the past 7 years. Selected credits include; Broadway: The King and I, Larry David’s Fish In The Dark, and You Can’t Take it With You. Off-Broadway: Teenage Dick (The Public) and Chix 6 The Musical. Regional: Diner The Musical (Delaware Theater Company); These Paper Bullets (Geffen Playhouse); These Paper Bullets and In a Year With 13 Moons (Yale Repertory Theatre); Travesties (Bay Street Theatre); The Pirates of Penzance (Oregon Shakespeare Festival); Iphigenia Among The Stars, Doctor Faustus Lights the Lights, and Julius Caesar (Yale School of Drama). He holds a B.F.A from Southern Oregon University and a M.F.A from Yale School of Drama. He is member of Actors’ Equity Association. In addition to stage management, he has a background in directing and theater management. Outside of theater, he spent 7 years working in hotel management in Southern California and Production Coordinator for the International Festival of Arts and Ideas.
