MMC joins 28-Day Meditation Challenge

Sign up now to cultivate deeper happiness and peace of mind

MMC is participating for the fourth year in the global Real Happiness 28-Day Meditation Challenge with renowned meditation teacher Sharon Salzberg. All novice and veteran meditators are welcome to sign up for the Challenge to meditate every day for the 28 days of February. 
Participants will get daily emails with lessons and guided meditations and can join live meditation sessions on campus and in NYC. Follow the MMC Community effort on Facebook@MarymountManhattan, using the hashtag #MindfulMMC.
