Congratulations and welcome to the MMC community! There’s a lot to be done between now and orientation. Be sure to visit your personalized student portal often for pending requirements.
ACCEPTED STUDENTS DAY
If you are enrolling this fall, join us for an Accepted Students Day in March or April. You will learn more about our academic programs, student life, and financial planning. There will a special party for all accepted students and you might even find a future roommate or a friend to commute with from your area. Tours of the campus and residence halls will also be offered.
If you are a first-year student and are interested in starting college a bit sooner this fall, learn about our Jump Start program and apply today. The program runs from early August to the first day of the Fall semester.
To be considered for need-based financial aid, be sure to submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) beginning October 1 for the upcoming fall semester. You must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident to apply.
(MMC school code is 002769)
Submit your tuition deposit as soon as possible to accept our invitation of admission, but no later than May 1 (December 1 for Spring entrants).
If you plan to reside in one of our residence halls, be sure to complete your housing application and submit your housing deposit to reserve your room. This is required no later than May 1 (December 1 for Spring entrants).
Course registration will take place in early May (late November for Spring entrants). Be sure to review the registration process at that time.
All students are required to submit proof of immunization prior to enrolling at MMC. Your immunization documents are required by June 1 ( January 2 for Spring entrants).
We will need your final high school or college transcripts before you begin class. These documents are due by July 1 (January 2 for spring entrants).
Before you can move into the residence hall or start class, you need to assure your bill is paid or payment arrangements have been made by July 21 (January 2 for spring entrants).
All full-time students are enrolled in the health insurance plan offered by Marymount Manhattan College and a health insurance charge is added to their tuition bill. If you have qualifying health insurance of your own and would like to waive out of the College plan, you must complete an online waiver form by September 15 (February 15 for spring entrants). This step can be completed after you are registered for classes and starting July 15 (December 1 for spring entrants).
Get ready for your first day on campus. The best way to make the connections you need to succeed at MMC is to attend New Student Orientation which takes place during the last week of August (January for spring entrants).
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with your Admission Counselor with any questions or concerns you have along the way. Or call the office at (212) 517-0430 or 1-800-MARYMOUNT.
